PSS is committed to being an environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable organisation for our teammates, the people we support and the planet.

We believe it’s everyone’s job to invest in our planet. This doesn’t mean spending lots of money; investing in our planet can be as simple as making a small but really valuable change to how we do things.

On our mission to be kinder to the environment, here’s a list of things we’re doing:

• We only use glass milk bottles in our offices - no plastic in sight
• We donate or recycle any computers or IT stuff we don’t need anymore
• We have a strict recycling policy in our head office, with recycling bins in every kitchen
• If we've got an event happening, we'll order vegetarian or vegan catering
• We encourage car sharing for teammates who live close to one another
• We've got a swap shop in our head office, where anyone can bring and swap unwanted clothes, shoes and accessories
