What's on your mind?
Whether it's good or bad, if you've got something to say about how we do things at PSS, we're listening.
Please tell us if:
- We're doing something well
- We've helped you change your life
- Our team's given you great support
- You've got an idea for something new we could do
- You want to tell your story
- You don't feel safe while getting support from us
- We've got something wrong
- We need to do better
- Someone or something has made you feel unwelcome at PSS

What will PSS do with your views?
We've got our own quality team who's job it is to make PSS the best it can be, and when you tell us what you think, we use it to make sure we're on the right track.
If you tell us something's wrong, we'll take it really seriously and investigate it.
If you tell us something good's happened, we'll use it to make sure we do lots more good stuff to make you happy.

What will happen next?
Our quality and customer service team at PSS head office will take a look at what you've told us. They will make sure the right person receives and looks into your feedback. If you've told us about a concern or complaint, someone will be in touch with you within five working days, if you've left your contact details.
What if you want to give feedback anonymously?
You can share feedback anonymously. However, this will make investigating things like a concern or complaint a bit more difficult. Sometimes we might. not be able to do this without personal details. It will also mean we're unable to give you any specific details about the complaint and its outcome.
What if you raise a concern or complaint on behalf of someone else?
If you're telling us about a concern or complaint on behalf of someone else, PSS may need to check that the person is ok with you sharing their information before we can do anything further.
