One-to-one support for people with learning disabilities in Liverpool

Our support workers provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities who want to be part of their Liverpool community.

Support to be as independent as possible

We work together with the people we support to put together a support plan, which outlines their goals, wants and needs.

From there, we support people to do the things they want to do, learn the skills they want to develop, and be part of their local community as independently as they can.

We support people to:

  • Be part of the local community
  • Go to clubs
  • Get learning and education opportunities
  • Find job opportunities
  • Budget and manage finances
  • Stay connected with loved ones

  • Develop confidence with traveling
  • Go to hospital and dental appointments
  • Try new hobbies
  • Learn life skills
  • Meet new people and develop social skills
  • Live life beyond limits
Cheri helps me go to the shops, go to see my nieces and go to Zumba classes. Cheri gets involved and dances with me. I like that I'm not on my own and I can rely on her to make sure I'm ok when I'm out. She's there if I need her.
