Our framework includes things like your ability to work with others, how you work alongside the people we support, the ways you work inclusively and how you make sure your work is anti-oppressive.
PSS Brilliant Leaders programme
Our Brilliant Leaders programme is for people who are new to management at PSS, or who want to become a manager. By signing up to our programme, you get the chance to learn leadership skills that will help you develop and grow into the next phase of your career. Covering everything from how to write a strategy and managing budgets through to having difficult conversations and learning about your own strengths and weaknesses, you'll learn from lots of ace leaders both within and outside of PSS.

Our Central Services department is made up of lots of talented people with careers in learning and development, communications, business development, people and culture, charity governance, finance, customer service and quality assurance.
When you come and work with a charity like us, you know that every single bit of work you do is contributing to making the lives of other people better. You might not be working directly with the people we support all the time (although we'll always make sure you get time to get out and about at PSS and visit them!), but just by choosing to give us your skills, you're making a difference.
Our wonderful Central Services teams keep PSS running like clockwork, and help make it the best it can be. They work alongside our operational teams to help solve problems, look after our people and our pennies, give people the best experience possible, keep things top quality and make sure we look, feel and sound like PSS.
Without the people in our business support teams, we simply wouldn't be able to support people in the brilliant ways we do.
