How do we support you?
We run lots of brilliant groups where you can get support with how you're feeling, learn new techniques, strategies and skills to cope, and put a plan in place for how we can move forward together.
All of our groups are designed to improve your mental health and wellbeing day-by-day, and our amazing team of PSS Wellbeing Centres staff and peer supporters will be with you every step of the way.

Peer support
There’s nothing better than talking to someone who’s been there. We're lucky enough to have a team of people called peer supporters, who have not only been right there where you are, but have the expertise to guide you through. Everyone in our peer-led group has the chance to give support and get support from each other. It's a tried and tested way we like to support people.
The support from PSS Wellbeing Centres has stopped me taking my own life more than once.
